He began his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), and later graduated from the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien) with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc./Dipl.-Ing. in Economic Engineering.
After working as a consultant for international telecommunications companies for 6 years, he obtained MBA degrees from the Central European University (CEU) and York University, Toronto. He has co-founded several start-ups, as well as worked as head of department in a district municipality in the capital of Hungary. In addition, he also worked as a senior advisor on transport development and climate protection issues in the Municipality of Budapest. He is the member of the Board of Directors of BKK, Centre for Budapest Transport.
He also speaks English, German and French.
