Renewables - in a sustainable way
Renewable energy sources are regarded the cleanest and therefore the most desirable ways of energy production. The position paper assesses the aspects which have to be considered in order to produce RES in a truely sustainable way.
Also in case of renewables there are some rules that have to be followed in order to ensure sustainability. By ignoring these more damage than relief can be caused to the environment. The position paper deals with issues like decentralised production, energy balance or natural protection and gives guidelines for the sustainable application of all renewable energy technologies.
