Description:

The need for advising on energy consumption, energy efficiency investments and the use of renewable energy sources is constantly rising. We are developing a handbook on energy advising as a tool on local level for combating climate change and adapting to the changed environment.

Outcome of the project

A handbook consists of three chapters.

1. Methods and know-how of consulting, focusing on energy

2. Hungarian situation of energy related issues, climate change, energy, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources

3. Methodology of setting up a local climate change strategy

The handbook will be finalised in December 2010.
