How can we provide real support to households for energy renovations? What kind of model is needed to build an effective and sustainable One-Stop Shop (OSS) system? The six-part international webinar series held under the RenovAID project explored these questions through concrete examples, practical insights, and working models.

Held during the summer and autumn of 2025, the English-language online training sessions aimed to support professional organisations and municipalities in Albania and Kosovo in establishing their own OSS systems. The webinars covered a wide range of topics, including tackling energy poverty, comparing different OSS models, building customer journeys and expert networks, and the role of communication and marketing. One session was dedicated to financial planning and long-term sustainability.

The training series was delivered with the support of the European Climate Initiative (EUKI), and all videos are available in English on our YouTube channel.
