OSS Online Training Series – Summary Report
The six-part online training series implemented under the RenovAID project aimed to provide comprehensive knowledge on the functioning, benefits, and practical application of One-Stop Shops (OSS) for home renovation. Delivered in English, the training introduced the key components of OSS models through European best practices—covering topics such as renovation barriers, service structures, stakeholder engagement, financing mechanisms, and legal frameworks, as well as marketing and digital tools.
During the first four online sessions, nearly 40 participants joined the 90-minute modules, which featured presentations and interactive Q&A segments—complemented by Mentimeter-based engagement and group work. The final two sessions were held in Budapest as part of a study visit, with an option to join remotely. Participants who attended at least four sessions received a certificate of completion.
