Participation in the environmental permitting process of Paks II NPP
Energiaklub is participating in the environmental permitting procedure of the planned Paks II nuclear plant as a legal client. The environmental impact assessment (EIA) was incomplete and unfunded (see Energiaklub’s analysis). After challenging the approval by the Hungarian authorities, we are going to court to appeal against the environmental licence. Furthermore, we explain the problems with the environmental permit to the public.
