About climate change for kindergartens and schools

Several sudies say that despite the more and more often occuring extreme weather conditions few people are aware of the causes and impacts of the climate change and know very little what to do against it. Our three new publications "Éghajlítás földindulás" (word-play, translation ca. Weather flection eartquake) help teachers to tackle the topic in the schools and provides methodology for it. The publications contain lesson descriptions and gives step by step guidance. The connected themes and subjects, learning objectives, duration, preparation, gained competences are always indicated. The games and tasks are based on real life, adjusted to the age group. The publication for kindergarten is full of drawings and paintings excersises. The puclications are easy to use, graphics and sheets are easy to photocopy. For primary and secondary schools the lesson descpriptions can not only used for nature sciences but for social, english, hungarian and art lessons as well.

The publications were developed in cooperation of the Carl Rogers Person Centered Kindergarten and School in Budapest.

The publications costs for kindergarten (37 pages) 1.200 HUF, for primary schools (91 pages) 3.000 HUF, for secondary school (65 pages) 2.100 HUF. They can be ordered via email: oktatas@energiaklub.hu.
