A look back at our long, productive relationship with municipalities shows the variety of special programmes that hallmark this area of our work, including many self-organised municipal conferences, trainings, publications and special projects. We are able to assist not only with reducing municipal or household energy consumption, but also with the preparation of local climate change strategies. The latter with a free guide, as well as the results gathered from our model project in cooperation with the city of Gyöngyös. With our search for the country's 'sunniest' settlement or the collection of best practices, our aim is to encourage ever more municipalities to undertake renewable energy based efficiency investments.
