To us, energy efficiency means the rational and thoughtful use of energy. This can be served by using more efficient appliances and building technology, or even just by paying a little more attention, using energy more economically. By using energy more efficiently and economically, we use fewer resources without having to give up the comfort we have grown accustomed to. Our awareness-raising publications, conferences, position papers all serve to make sure that everyone from policy-makers to children regards this value as their own.
